"Site admin" user for support tickets

An account to check other support tickets from people that I'm responsible (similar to this: http://ideas.inductiveautomation.com/forums/265590-website-feedback/suggestions/6541981--site-admin-user-for-iu, but with tickets). Maybe a company admin account, that can keep track of sombe basic information from another accounts.

This would be really helpful for our company as well. Even something as simple as allowing us to link our accounts would make it much easier for on administrator to take over a ticket for another who is no longer available.
