When I'm using the user manual and I click a link for a topic I want to see the content panel containing the links refreshes and I have to scroll down again to click the next link. This is super annoying. Can the content panel remain static as links are clicked?

I agree. Unfortunately this is a failing of Confluence, the software that we use for the user manual. We are looking into a solution for this issue currently.
