When browsing the resources, it would be useful to open a resource on a different tab of the web browser. The problem is that it always opens the resource in the same tab and when you go back to the library, it starts to load all over again. Usually websites give you the option to open a new tab by doing a ctrl + left click or right clicking and selecting open in new tab.
