Add ability to drop tagpath as Drop target

Today the dropped instance is the tag value, which limits a lot how you can build a drop target template. We would much appreciate a option to drop the tags path instead.

Most of our templates pass in the Tag Path instead of the actual UDT instance. Support has recommended this method as it is more efficient for the processor and memory. If this is the recommended method, it would so awesome if we could manually attach UDTs to that template's tag path so we can use the Drop Target feature. Our developers commonly get confused which template to use for with UDT so Drop Targets would solve many issues.

Dropping the tag to access a reference to the tag, or tag folder, would make Vision templates substantially more powerful.

I currently have used UDT-type parameters just because the drag and drop feature is a big deal for us.
By your suggestion we could the best of both!
