add bindable parameters to tag folders

It would be handy if I could add parameters to tag folders which any tags within that directory could bind to or inherit the value.

For example: I add a folder with parameter "FolderParam1". Then when I create a tag in that folder it could reference {FolderParam1} in it's tag properties.

I hope this gains more traction. This would allow the strategy of a folder based tag hierarchy at the top levels and having UDTs underneath being able to read the folder parameters. When dealing with tens or hundreds of thousands of tags, having a top level UDT doesn't allow flexibility and many potential disabled or wasted tags. A folder allows you to pick and choose what's underneath for each "instance", whereas a UDT you can't.
