Add comments/documentation to Window in Designer

Sometimes a window has uses a lot of hidden scripting or binding which can make it extremely difficult to troubleshoot. It would be nice to be able to add comments (documentation) directly into the window, that would only appear in the designer, to help explain eccentricities to future developers.

Would it be possible to expand this feature to work with markdown and build out a proper readme for a project or individual project resources?

In the Designer, it would be nice to have a "properties" tab, or a readme.md file so we could add folder description for future designer

I think that this would be a great addition if it were similar to Microsoft Office PowerPoint like Stuart mentioned. It is very easy to miss the 'notes' on any window, etc.

Just realized there is a 'Note' section for each display/template/etc. Right click on a display in the Project Browser in the Designer, and choose 'Notes...' This does sort of what I would like, but isn't as easy as I was hoping for and many people will not know to look for it over there. I was picturing something similar to how Powerpoint has comments visible only to the presenter - a popup thing from the bottom of the screen.
