Add more Project Browser badges/icons and make user-selectable

It would be great to have more badges available to display more info about components in both Perspective and in Vision. One idea that has been suggested by another user on the forum, is to add a 'Message Handler is used' badge to identify that a component is using a message handler.
One way to avoid cluttering of the badges area, is to also make the list of badges shown user-selectable so that we can show and hide those we feel are valuable at the time.

This post is really asking for three things
1) Add Project Browser badges for Perspective (including, but not limited to Message Handlers)
2) Add more Project Browser badges to Vision
3) Make Project Browser badges user-selectable.
We're actually planning on #1 already. The tentative list is:
- Property Binding
- View Security Settings
- Property Change Script
- Deep Selection (already implemented at the time of this post)
- Message Handler
- Custom Method
- Event/Action
I'm going to associate this idea with #1, and mark this as In Progress. However, if anyone feels strongly about #2 and #3, I'd highly advise creating separate posts for the ideas, with the following caveats:
Regarding #2: I'd like to hear specific requests about what badges should be added to Vision.
Regarding #3: It may be worth your time to wait and see how this idea plays out first.
