The Perspective alarm journal table defaults to showing alarms in gateway time, even if the project time zone is set to a different time zone. It would be great to allow customization of alarm Event Time to be displayed in the project time zone. It is also not possible to use the dateFormat property to add the time stamp time zone to the Event Time formatting.

Yousuf Nejati: Any update on this? I would like to add that we should really be storing timestamps in UTC Epoch format (like the Historian). That way sessions can use their Locale config to render dates in the right time zone formats. This is particularly important as assets communicating over different time zones may be viewed by people in other time zones. When performing Sequence of Event analysis, it is critical to have all times sync. with UTC.
Currently the Alarm Journal is very difficult to use as users may not remember that they always have to reference timestamps to the Gateway time zone which may not be the users timezone.
