Add the ability to create custom client system tags. For instance I want a custom tag like "[System]Client/System/ProjectNavPath" that would have the project-specific docked navigation window's path for easy throughout scripts.

These property would be accessible as a list under the project's settings page.

The tag would probably end up in a folder like "[System]Client/System/Custom/ProjectNavPath"
