Disable Multiple X-Traces on Perspective PowerChart

Multiple x-traces are sometimes frustrating to the user. Every click adds another x-trace and they can get stacked on top of each other. It would be nice to have an option to only allow one x-trace and be able to click and drag it to new locations.

You can actually remove extra traces with a property change event script, but it would be easier if there was an option
