Provide the same system tags we get for Agents for the Controller(s) itself.

Monitoring the gateway network through the EAM Agent system tags is very helpfull but the EAM Controller is missing. Without this you need scripting to get the state of the backup gateway or to get the license key(s) from the eam controller
