We recently had an issue when a customer rebooted an Edge device. The device came back online as a remote tag provider perfectly, but the remote tag history and alarm history sync did not start back up. Once this was noticed, simply clicking the Reset Sync on the configuration page restored the buffered information. It would be nice to have a way to monitor the status of syncing of Edge devices either through tags or system calls for notification purposes. It would be preferred to be able to monitor both on the Edge Gateway and on the "full" Gateway if possible.
