Element snapping for vision/perspective

CAD programs have this - some drawing programs do as well. the ability to snap elements together to common reference points (ends, middle, etc)

This would be very cool and very helpful. Also the ability to move shape vertices using the keyboard arrows and set their position coordinates. Moving shape vertices at the moment is a disaster as you simply can't align anything
