Freeze Headers on Tag Browser

It would be nice if we could always see the headers in the Tab Browser panel. When scrolling through a bunch of tags sometimes we want to adjust the column widths or know what the column is.

Same here I would like to be able to resize the columns anywhere in the tag browser.
I don't want to scroll to the top to resize columns.
