Hide/Show annotations on PowerChart

I would like to be able to control if the annotations in the PowerChart are visible or not. I want to add a toggle button that shows or hides the annotations.

Control if they're visible but more importantly, intelligently position them so they don't stack on top of each other! and allow repositioning them by click and dragging it if needed

This would be very useful so that my data doesn't all get cluttered up. Right now I am hesitant to use annotations until I can toggle them on and off.
