Perspective: Add options to increase number of items shown and item height

Allow number of drop down items shown to be increased and specify item heights (px or em/vm units etc.) as when you have many items in the list and only 5 are shown it's a bit painful, and items need to be taller for mobile to touch.

For example, I have 4 items in this list, but only 3.5 can be seen. It'd be really nice to actually show them all
