The current FileUpload component in Perspective does not support filtering filetypes when opening the filepicker, instead its only value is to select all files

IA Engineers would just need to use the values from the supportedFiletypes prop within something similar to the linked React code

I found a former issue related to this, though that user accepted the status quo rather than suggesting an implementation change. It does, however, point to a problem where the current implementation does not act how end users and integrator expect this component to work, since it caused confusion enough for someone to make a forum post about it.

Anyhow, wishing anyone reading this the best and would appreciate if an IA Engineer could review this feature request. Seeing as it's a small change and is easy to implement and will benefit end users by making it easier to see and select correct files with the FileUpload Perspective component I hope that this change request is excepted and implemented.
