Perspective Power Chart Annotations - Disable Edit/Delete Functions

Add the ability to disable edit and delete functions on the trend annotations.
I have a client who needs to remove the ability to edit and delete annotations for data integrity and compliance purposes.
Unfortunately, the current annotation functionality cannot meet this requirement out of the box, as these functions cannot be disabled.

Any update thoughts on this from IA? The annotation feature is super cool, but is basically worthless for me with out the ability to mark a annotation as read only.
