Perspective zoom and pan for large view

Hi
In many case we have large HMI with a lot of details and client what to zoom in and pan to see details. The details should hide on lower zoom and visible on higher zoom.
It's nice we have a special container with zoom and pan feature and have property of current zoom level. So user can easily bind it to visible property of their object.
Right now I can zoom with brower but I can't get zoom level to use it. And also broswer doesn't support pan.
