Show the on-screen keyboard for touchscreens in Perspective Workstation and Perspective Browser in Vision Web Browser

Editing setpoints and text fields with a touchscreen in Perspective Workstation is currently very difficult without an onscreen keyboard to enter values into.
Currently the OS OSK is supported in the browser, but not Vision web browser and workstation. It's imperative that it be supported by all versions, but extending that, it would be far nicer if a custom keypad was used instead like in Vision so that for example the Numpad can be shown properly in the 3x3+1 grid, unlike how Windows 10 shows it on the same line 1x10 grid

jcoffman: is this definitely working in perspective shown in the vision Web browser component on a touchscreen with no keyboard? As I downloaded 8.1.4 about 1.5wks ago and it wasn't working in there. Workstation worked however

jcoffman: Is there documentation on how to use this feature? I don't see how to enable it via scripting or settings for perspective...
