style for perspective popup title

Provide a style for or other setting to custom color and don't size of popup, height of title bar and background color.

It is important for theming.

I agree, or simply let us design the entire popup from our own View, instead of forcing the header section onto it.. 
Looks pretty crap and out of place with the default bar when we can't do any styling on the header background, title text or even the "close popup" X button. 
Seems strange we can customize so much in Perspective but not this, which is heavily prevalent in any SCADA project.
