I'm designing a report that has more than one page. If I'm designing page 2 and hit Preview, it takes me to the preview for page 1. So I have to hit the next page button. It's not quite right, so I click Design and it takes me to the design for page 1. So, when going back and forth between Design and Preview, I have to keep changing pages.

Switching between Design and Preview mode should not change pages. If I'm designing page 2, I probably want to preview page 2.
