Transaction Group Export System Function

Add a system function to export a transaction group to a file. A corollary to system.groups.loadFromFile(). This new function, along with some xml parsing Python, and the existing load function could be used to automate creating transaction groups as new tanks / reactors are added.

Would love something like this, it is painful to try and do many transaction groups that do similar things, but only need to change a few things.
Sad that Find/Replace doesn't fully work in Transaction Groups, nor is there enough info in the XML export to do what i need.
(replace a tag path parameter in an Expression Tag running a named query)
