Default Video Playback Settings

When watching videos, it would be helpful to set default settings. Every video that loads, I need to turn on closed-captions and change the video speed; it would be nice if there was a place where I can indicate default settings.

To add to this, while in full screen mode it would be nice to have a 'next lesson' button without having to hit esc/exit full screen.
