There are two questions on the EAM tests for Agents that do not seem to have correct answers. 1) Question regarding what scheduling options are available for agents, does not seem to have the correct answer. 2) Question about what tasks an agent can do does not have a correct answer.

Hi Sean, in this case, there were many answers that were similar in meaning, but did not match the exact wording of the options on the gateway. I have modified the answers to try and be a little more clear.
