How can we improve our training classes, tests, and training material? Any ideas for a new class?
Subject: Feedback on Inconsistency in Gateway Overview Challenge (Login Requirement)
Dear Ignition Training Team, I hope this message finds you well. While completing the Gateway Overview section of the training course, I noticed an inconsistency between the video content and the assessment question, specifically regarding the login requirements for the Gateway webpage after initial installation. In the training video, it is clearly explained that: Accessing the Status Overview page does not require login initially. Accessing the Configure section does require a user and password. Gateway logs are also located within the Configure section and hence would also require login. However, in the assessment question shown in the attached screenshots, the system marks "View the Gateway logs" as the only correct login-required action, while marking "View the Configure section" as incorrect—even though, per the video, accessing the Configure section (and by extension, the logs within it) does require authentication. Additionally, if a user accesses the Configure section first, they are prompted to log in, contradicting the notion that only logs require authentication. To summarize: My selected answer aligned with the video instructions. The assessment result seems to incorrectly reflect the material presented. This could cause confusion for other learners and impact their ability to pass based on accurate understanding. Please consider reviewing this portion for correction to ensure consistency between video training and assessment grading logic. Thank you for your time and for continuing to improve the quality of your excellent training content. Best regards, Rowee Yadin
